The Olive Branch Solution is assisting Fidelis Logistics in hiring a Hand Sorter to sort Pallets. Fidelis is a Veteran-owned company in the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) business with locations across the country remanufacturing pallets operations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Safely and securely inspect pallets at a rate that meets company and safety standards.
• Smetco Inspector manually guides 70 lbs. pallets from an automated indexer onto a conveyor system. Visually inspects pallets and determines level of repair needed.
• Manual Sort consists of a 2-person team to lift pallets, visually inspect, and place in appropriate stack of pallets for the next step in the process.
• Ensure that proper inspection and separation of pallets are met, while achieving company expectations.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Ability to perform duties in a safe manner.
• Must be able to follow the inspecting process.
• Must be able to work at a steady, fast pace.
• Basic Math Skills required
